Engagements
Three ways to engage
- 01
Assessments
Fixed scope, 1–4 weeks
A short, fixed-scope engagement that shows exactly where you stand: a security audit, an automation assessment or an AI readiness assessment.
- 02
Projects
Defined outcomes, milestone-based
A defined piece of work with clear deliverables: priority fixes, a production hardening, a set of automations or a new AI system.
- 03
Retainers
Ongoing capacity, SLA, reporting
Ongoing capacity to keep things secure, reliable and improving, with agreed response times and regular reporting.
Retainers
Retainer tiers
Every pillar offers the same three tiers, differentiated by scope, capacity, response time and reporting. Each is tailored to your scope.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can we change tiers?
Yes. Tiers can be changed as your needs change, typically at the start of a billing period.
What if we need more capacity one month?
Tell us early and we'll add capacity for that period, or scope the extra work as a separate project.
What's the minimum commitment?
Assessments and projects have no ongoing commitment. Retainers have a minimum term, set out in your proposal.
How is pricing set?
Based on scope and capacity; we'll send a written proposal after a short call.
